Nov 25, 2018 - you can't play.GIF images in windows photo viewer because they have different app for that and you have to install it by creating microsoft. Upon opening, the image is still static. I tried setting rundll32.exe in the C: Windows gif folder to run in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and still. How can the answer be improved?
